Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
410 ILCS 54/1
Adds reference to:
210 ILCS 50/3.1030 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. Requires the Director of Public Health to develop a working group to advise the Department of Public Health on Larry McKeon Primary Stroke Center Systems. Provides for the membership of the working group. Provides that the group shall also develop and submit a statewide stroke assessment tool to the Department for final approval; provides that once the tool has been approved, a copy shall be disseminated to all EMS Systems for adoption no later than January 15, 2010. Effective immediately.
