Synopsis As Introduced
Authorizes the Director of Corrections, on behalf of the State of Illinois, to convey the Ed Jenison Work Camp by quit claim deed to the City of Paris for $1. Provides that the title to the property shall revert to the State if the property ceases to be used for public purposes. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause with substantially similar provisions of the bill except that it provides a complete legal description and directs the Director of Corrections to convey the property on behalf of the State of Illinois and all State agencies. Effective immediately.
