Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that a county may adopt an ordinance to provide that, once an applicant qualifies for the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption, he or she must reapply for the exemption every 3 years rather than on an annual basis.
