Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Toll Highway Act. Provides that, by no later than January 1, 2009, all motor fuel service stations on the tollway system shall offer the alternative fuel commonly known as E-85 and shall make such fuel as readily accessible to the traveling public as the fuel types currently offered at such stations. Effective immediately.

	Fiscal Note (Illinois State Toll Highway Authority)
	This bill would have little or no cost to the Illinois Tollway.
