Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the restrictions on driving a vehicle on the shoulder of a highway do not apply to any farm tractor or implement of husbandry. Effective immediately.

Provides that the restrictions on driving a vehicle on the shoulder of a highway do not apply to any authorized vehicle within a designated construction zone.
