Requires the Department of Revenue to offer a special instant scratch-off game with the title of "Go For The Gold", to commence on July 1, 2007. Requires that the net revenue from the Go For The Gold special instant scratch-off game be deposited into the Special Olympics Illinois Fund for appropriation by the General Assembly solely to the Department of Human Services, which must distribute the moneys to Special Olympics Illinois to support the statewide training, competitions, and programs for present and future Special Olympics athletes.
