Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning medical certificates.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	225 ILCS 650/8

	Adds reference to:
	210 ILCS 74/5.25

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act. Provides that "physical fitness facility" does not include any outdoor facility owned or operated by a municipality that maintains a park district or recreational facilities. Provides that neither the Governor nor any agency or agency head under the jurisdiction of the Governor has any rulemaking authority under the amendatory Act, but that the Governor may suggest rules by filing them with the General Assembly and requesting that the General Assembly authorize such rulemaking by law, enact the suggested rules into law, or take other appropriate action in the General Assembly's discretion.
