House Committee Amendment No. 1
Makes changes to a subsection concerning legislative findings. Eliminates a provision elaborating on the purpose of culturally competent health care practices. Gives the Department of Public Health discretion in contracting with a vendor to conduct the evaluation and provide support for the collaborative learning project. Makes other changes.
