Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Medicaid Advisory Committee established in accordance with specified federal regulations shall include, in addition to the members appointed by the Director of Healthcare and Family Services, 4 members appointed one each by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives. Effective immediately.
