Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the School Code. Requires the State Board of Education, in consultation with the Illinois Association of Regional Superintendents of Schools, to develop a plan to change the boundaries of educational service regions so that an educational service region in this State has the same boundaries as a community college district in this State. Effective immediately.
