Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

 Fiscal Note (H-AM 1) (Department of Revenue)
 Based on fiscal year 2004 data, House Bill 3063, as amended by House Amendment 1, would reduce the amount paid into the Motor Fuel Tax Fund by $226 million.
