Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration of the Code.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Fire Investigation Act, the Illinois Vehicle Code, the Clerks of Courts Act, and the Unified Code of Corrections. Adds provisions regarding transfers and allocations among specified funds. Provides that a person convicted of or placed on supervision for a serious traffic violation or driving under the influence or a similar provision of a local ordinance shall, in addition to any other fines, fees, and court costs, be subject to the $20 fee imposed under Public Act 95-154. Regarding an additional fee for serious traffic violations originally added to the statutes by Public Act 95-154, adds language regarding the disposition of the fee in a second location in the Clerks of Courts Act. Makes other changes. Effective July 1, 2008.
