Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for HB5751

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall not pass another vehicle passing around the same rotary traffic island if the other vehicle is over 10 feet wide or more than 40 feet long. Provides that a violation of the new provisions is a petty offense.
