Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. Provides that the Division of Developmental Disabilities of the Department of Human Services shall continue, in cases of medically required absences from a community integrated living arrangement, to provide 50% of the per diem reimbursement to providers while the community integrated living arrangement holds the vacancy for the absent resident. Provides that the absent resident shall be able to return to the community integrated living arrangement when the resident is medically able to return. Defines "medically required absences".
