Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that municipal use and occupation taxes imposed on the sale and installation of carpet shall be imposed on the selling price of the carpet regardless of whether the carpet is installed by using tacks, staples, tacking strips, or glue.
