Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for its FY09 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2008.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Makes FY09 appropriations to the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Department of State Police, the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, and the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority. Effective July 1, 2008.
