Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to Governors State University for its FY09 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2008.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Makes FY09 appropriations and reappropriations to specified universities, the State Universities Civil Service System, the Illinois Community College Board, the Board of Higher Education, the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Effective July 1, 2008.
