Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Rural/Downstate Health Act. Provides that the Center for Rural Health shall have the authority to assist communities in rural and designated shortage areas by improving access to mental health services by soliciting and awarding related grant proposals under the Section, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services.
