Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Recreation Trails of Illinois Act. Provides for certain disbursements from the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary adopted after the effective date of the Act. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
305 ILCS 5/5C-2from Ch. 23, par. 5C-2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions imposing an assessment on developmentally disabled care providers, provides that the amount of the assessment is 6%, or the maximum allowed under federal regulation, whichever is less, of a provider's adjusted gross developmentally disabled care revenue for the prior State fiscal year (instead of a flat 6% of that revenue). Effective immediately.
