Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Personnel Code. Exempts all employees of the Research and Analysis unit of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority from the jurisdiction of the Personnel Code with respect to classification and compensation of positions in the State service, the positions in the State service to which persons must hold appointments on a basis of merit and fitness, and as to conditions of employment in State service, unless jurisdiction is extended as provided in the Personnel Code. Effective immediately.
