Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning liability of local governmental employees.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
50 ILCS 345/35
Adds reference to:
65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-3.5

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act in the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the redevelopment project in the TIF district created by ordinance that was adopted on June 6, 1989 by the Village of Romeoville must be completed by December 31 of the 35th year (now, the 23rd year) after the year in which the ordinance was adopted. Makes revisory changes. Effective immediately.
