Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Oglesby for construction and reconstruction of a sanitary sewer system. Effective July 1, 2008.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Magnolia for the purposes of an arsenic removal system. Effective July 1, 2008.
