Synopsis As Introduced
Urges the General Assembly to consider environmental issues when crafting a capital construction bill.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Changes a resolved clause in the introduced resolution to provide that in providing funding for the construction of new buildings the law should require builders to adhere to the LEED standards, the Green Globes standards, or their equivalent (now, only the LEED standards).
