Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Provides that an individual who is 16 or 17 years of age may register to vote, and shall be deemed competent to execute and attest to any voter registration forms, with the registration held in abeyance by the appropriate election authority until such time as that individual attains the required age to vote. Provides that an individual that is 17 years old or older who is registered to vote in this State shall be eligible to serve as a deputy registrar. Effective immediately.
