Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a county to which the Illinois Commercial Relocation of Trespassing Vehicles Law applies may, by resolution, choose to be excluded from the application of the Illinois Commercial Safety Towing Law in that county and that, upon adoption of such a resolution by the county board, the county clerk shall certify to the Illinois Commerce Commission that the county board has adopted the resolution. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the provisions of the engrossed bill apply to counties with a population of less than 3,000,000 inhabitants.
