Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Agency Web Site Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning cookies and other invasive tracking programs.

Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 655/4from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 604

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Provides that, if an enterprise zone is established prior to the effective date of the amendatory Act and is initially designated as meeting the unemployment-related criteria established by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity or by law, then, on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act and until December 31, 2012, the enterprise zone may expand its boundaries if (i) the territory into which the zone is expanding had an average unemployment rate in the previous calendar year of more than (A) 10% or (B) 120% of the State's annual average unemployment rate for that previous calendar year, whichever is less, and (ii) the expanded zone area is contiguous. Effective immediately.
