Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Boat Registration and Safety Act. Requires operators of a watercraft towing a person or persons to display red or orange flags on their watercraft.
Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Provides that flags must be orange, not red or orange. Provides that the flag must be displayed at the highest point of the area surrounding the boat's helm so as to be visible from all directions rather than at any point on the boat so as to be visible from all directions.
