Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the State Board of Pharmacy.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
225 ILCS 85/10
Adds reference to:
225 ILCS 65/65-5was 225 ILCS 65/15-10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Provides for licensure as certified registered nurse anesthetists of registered professional nurses and advanced practice nurses who do not have the required graduate degree, provided that certain other requirements are met. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that there is no rulemaking authority under the amendatory Act, but that the Governor may suggest rules by filing them with the General Assembly and requesting that the General Assembly authorize such rulemaking by law, enact the suggested rules into law, or take other appropriate action in the General Assembly's discretion.
