Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Adds certain employees of the Department of Juvenile Justice whose position is equivalent to a parole officer to the alternative formula. Removes restrictions on the application of the alternative formula provisions to certain employees of the Department of Juvenile Justice. Effective immediately.
