Pursuant to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act and consistent with the powers in public health laws, orders that: Executive Orders 2020-03 and 2020-17, as modified by Executive Order 2020-18, are reissued and remain in effect as specified by Executive Order 2020-18; Sections 2 and 3 of Executive Order 2020-04 are reissued and extended through May 29, 2020; Executive Orders 2020-05, 2020-06, 2020-08, 2020-09, 2020-12, 2020-13, 2020-15, 2020-16, 2020-20, 2020-21, 2020-22, 2020-23, 2020-24, 2020-25, 2020-26, 2020-27, 2020-28, 2020-29, and 2020-31 are reissued in their entirety and extended through May 29, 2020; Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, as amended, of Executive Order 2020-07 are reissued and extended through May 29, 2020; Sections 3 and 4 of Executive Order 2020-11 are reissued and extended through May 29, 2020; Executive Order 2020-14, as amended, is reissued in its entirety and extended through May 29, 2020; Executive Order 2020-19, as amended, is reissued in its entirety and extended through May 29, 2020; Executive Order 2020-30, as amended, is reissued in its entirety and extended through May 29, 2020. Provides that the provisions of this Executive Order are severable.
