Synopsis As Introduced
Extends Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act craft grower, infuser, and transporter license application deadlines. Suspends any statutory or regulatory requirement to submit those applications in person and directs the Department of Agriculture to cease accepting those applications in person. Directs the Department of Agriculture to accept those applications postmarked on or before March 30, 2020 via certified U.S. mail.
