Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires that notices of the State's purchases of real estate must be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 7 days after execution of the purchase contract. Specifies the contents of the notice. Effective July 1, 2007.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires that notices of the State's purchases of real estate of more than $25,000 must be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 7 days after the deed is recorded in the county of jurisdiction. Specifies the contents of the notice. Effective July 1, 2007.
