Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that policies of commercial liability insurance that provide coverage for additional insureds must also provide that the additional insured may invoke the coverage only when liability of the additional insured arises or is alleged to arise out of the acts or omissions of the named insured.
