Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for EO1510

Provides that: the Department of Central Management Services shall conspicuously publish all Rutan-exempt hires on the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal website in a list that can be sorted by (i) name, (ii) the employing officer, department, agency, board, commission, or authority of the executive branch (State agency), (iii) the employing State agency division, and (iv) the employing position title; and each State agency shall provide information to the Department to comply with the provisions. Provides that the Department shall assist each State agency and unit of local government to provide timely access to information to comply with the local government employee provisions mandated by specified provisions of the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Contains provisions regarding: prior executive orders; savings; and severability. Effective immediately.
