Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Air Rifle Act. Prohibits the sale, lending, rental, giving or otherwise transferring of an air rifle to any person under the age of 18 (rather than under 13) years. Prohibits a person under 18 years of age (rather than under 13 years) from carrying an air rifle on the public streets, roads, highways or public lands within the State. Eliminates the provision that permits a person under the specified age to carry an unloaded air rifle.

This legislation will have no effect on constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single-family residence.

State Debt Impact Note, House Committee Amendment No. 1 (Government Forecasting & Accountability)
HB 1503 (H-AM 1) would not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond, and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness.
