Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration of the Code.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
665 ILCS 5/2-101
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/16-105from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 16-105

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In provisions specifying a distribution formula for fines and penalties recovered under specified provisions of the Code pertaining to operation of overweight vehicles outside of a municipality or park district, adds a separate distribution formula for those offenses when committed upon highways maintained by or under the supervision of a township, township district, or road district.
