Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for HB0108

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. In language concerning tax sales, provides that the county collector shall mail a notice of the forthcoming application for judgment and sale of property for which taxes are delinquent to the current owner of record (now, to the person shown by the current collector's warrant book to be the party in whose name the taxes were last assessed). Effective immediately.
