Synopsis As Introduced
Provides for a New Americans Immigrant Policy. Creates the Governor's Office of New Americans to identify strategic partnerships with State agencies in an effort to implement best practices, policies, and procedures and make recommendations for statewide policy and administrative changes. Provides for the development of New Americans plans and other matters. Revokes and rescinds Executive Order Number 10 (2005).
