Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $5,000,000 to the Office of the Attorney General for a grant to the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates (Illinois CASA). Effective July 1, 2009.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the General Assembly for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2009.
