SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Larry P. Abert of Edwardsville; and
 
4    WHEREAS, Larry Abert was born in St. Louis, Missouri to
5Harold and Vernice (Brendel) Abert on April 9, 1943; he married
6Myrna S. Mallory at the First Presbyterian Church in
7Edwardsville on November 2, 1963; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Larry Abert was a retired parts manager at Four
9Flags Motors in Glen Carbon; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Larry Abert was a member of First Presbyterian
11Church and Edwardsville Moose Lodge #1561; he loved camping and
12spending time with his family and his grand dog, Luigi; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Larry Abert was preceded in death by his parents;
14and
 
15    WHEREAS, Larry Abert is survived by his wife, Myrna; his
16son, Paul M. (Darla) Abert; his daughter, Suzanne (Dan) Bogner;
17his grandchildren, Nathan and Mallory Abert, and Marissa and
18Ethan Bogner; and his sister, Judy (Bud) Vallino; therefore, be

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Larry P. Abert, and extend our sincere condolences to his
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
5further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Larry Abert as an expression of our
8deepest sympathy.
