SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Carolyn Sue LaTempt, who passed away on
4March 3, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt was born on December 8, 1941; her
6parents were Jerry and Ella Wooten; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt was proud to serve her family and
8community as a Girl Scout leader for many years; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt enjoyed rose gardening,
10crocheting and knitting, reading Barbara Cartland novels, and
11playing bingo; she was also an amazing cook who enjoyed
12spending time with her family; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt was employed at Alton
14Multispecialists and Brakefield and Associates for many years;
15and
 
16    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt was preceded in death by her
17husband, Danny E. LaTempt; her parents; her sister, Wanda
18Ringering; and her extended family members, Virgil LaTempt,
19Terry LaTempt, and Ginny LaTempt; and

1    WHEREAS, Carolyn LaTempt is survived by her daughters, Dana
2LaTempt (David Woelfel) and Julie LaTempt-Brazier (Paul
3Brazier); her son, Danny S. LaTempt; her grandsons, Joseph
4Babajan and Raleigh Brazier; her brother, Paul (Marge) Wooten;
5and her extended family, Virginia LaTempt, Virgil and Jane
6LaTempt, Rick LaTempt, Karen and Ron Hogue, Bob and Becky
7LaTempt, Debbie and Bob Davis, and Steve and Nancy LaTempt;
8therefore, be it
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
11family and friends, mourn the passing of Carolyn Sue LaTempt;
12and be it further
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14presented to the family of Carolyn LaTempt as an expression of
15our sympathy.
