SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of John Frederick "Fritz" Miniutti of River
4Forest, who passed away on August 4, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was born on June 2, 1965 in
6Norwich, New York; his parents were John Roberts Miniutti and
7Dr. Ann Mather Byrne Miniutti; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti graduated from Lake Forest High
9School in 1984; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was employed at the Bryn Mawr
11Theater in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania for many years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was a dedicated phone-banker and a
13regular volunteer in his local Democratic Party office; his
14enthusiasm and willingness to take on all tasks was
15inspirational; he would do any task that was needed, from
16setting up chairs for meetings to filling candy bags for
17parades; for his courage and dedication, the Democratic Party
18of Oak Park presented him with the Distinguished Service Award
19in 2012; he was also a member of UCP Seguin Services of the
20Greater Chicago community, which serves children and adults
21with disabilities; and

1    WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti is survived by his father, John
2Roberts Miniutti; a sister, Michele Miniutti (Michael)
3Joubert; a nephew, Michael Joseph "Max" Joubert; a niece, Anna
4Miniutti Joubert; and many cousins; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
7family and friends, mourn the passing of John Frederick "Fritz"
8Miniutti; and be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of John Miniutti as an expression of
11our sympathy.
