| 5 | | General Assembly becomes law, then "AN Act concerning criminal |
| 6 | | law" (Senate Bill 2228 of the 99th General Assembly) is amended |
| 7 | | by changing Section 99 as follows:

| 9 | | Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 10 | | becoming law, except that Sections 20, 25, and 30 take effect |
| 11 | | on July 1, 2017. |
