| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 4.37 as follows:

| 6 | | (5 ILCS 80/4.37 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 4.37. Act repealed on January 1, 2027. The following |
| 8 | | Act is repealed on January 1, 2027: |
| 9 | | The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
