| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Chicago State University Law is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 5-10 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (110 ILCS 660/5-10)

| 7 | | Sec. 5-10.
There is hereby created a body politic and
and

| 8 | | corporate which shall be styled the Board of Trustees of |
| 9 | | Chicago State
University (hereinafter called the Board), and |
| 10 | | which shall operate,
manage, control, and maintain Chicago |
| 11 | | State University in accordance
with the rights, powers and |
| 12 | | duties now or hereafter vested by law in that
Board. |
