HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Jack E.
4Caldwell of Williamsville, who passed away on April 7, 2016;
5and
 
6    WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was born in Springfield to George
7E., Jr. and Norma Jean Caldwell on February 6, 1952; he
8graduated from Williamsville High School in 1971; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was a retired member of the
10Williamsville Fire Department and the Sangamon County Rescue
11Squad; he was a longtime Trustee of the Williamsville Village
12Board and was on the Williamsville School Board for 19 years,
13serving as President for 5 years; he also owned and operated
14"Caldwell Woodworks" and was a business partner in CYNKY Inc.;
15and
 
16    WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell enjoyed boating, baking and
17cooking, and playing a good prank; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was preceded in death by his
19parents; his infant brother, Michael Bruce; and his brother,
20George E. III "Tripper"; and

1    WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell is survived by his wife, Sheila; his
2son, Dylan Caldwell; his daughter, Lacey Jayne Caldwell (Marc
3Delich); his three brothers, Robert Wood (Jane) Caldwell, Nik
4(Sharon) Caldwell, and Bradley (Nancy) Caldwell; his sister,
5Dana Caldwell; and his sister-in-law, Judy Caldwell;
6therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
9mourn the passing of Jack E. Caldwell, and extend our sincere
10condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
11him; and be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Jack Caldwell as an expression of
14our deepest sympathy.
