AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 887 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 887, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 6, by replacing lines 12 through 22 with the 
5following:
6    ""Sensitive health services" includes, but is not limited 
7to, prevention, screening, consultation, examination, 
8treatment, or follow-up care related to:
9        (1) reproductive health, including, but not limited 
10    to, family planning, maternity, abortion, fertility, 
11    transgender-related care, and sexually transmitted 
12    infection services;
13        (2) HIV/AIDS;
14        (3) drug or alcohol diagnosis, treatment, or referral 
15    information;
16        (4) behavioral or mental health treatment;
17        (5) genetic testing; or
18        (6) domestic violence, sexual violence, or violence

1    that occurs between people who know each other."; and


 
2on page 9, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
3"benefit cost sharing, limited to the covered individual's 
4co-payment, coinsurance, or deductible, and communicate that 
5arrangement with the health insurance provider."; and

 
6on page 9, by replacing line 20 with the following:

7"encourage health insurance providers to clearly display the 
8form and make it".
