SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $4,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor for a grant to the Cook County State's Attorney for expenses incurred in filing appeals in Cook County. Effective July 1, 2016.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $4,200,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for a grant to the Cook County State’s Attorney for expenses incurred in filing appeals in Cook County.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2016.
