SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of James M. Kliora of Waukegan, who passed
4away on April 20, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, James Kliora was born on June 1, 1937 in Waukegan;
6and
 
7    WHEREAS, James Kliora served his country with pride as a
8member of the United States Marine Corps; and
 
9    WHEREAS, James Kliora was the 1956 Illinois State Wrestling
10Champion of Waukegan High School and held a black belt in judo;
11he was also a marathoner, a foreign language instructor, a judo
12instructor, and a realtor; and
 
13    WHEREAS, James Kliora enjoyed vacationing in Acapulco,
14reading, and meeting people; and
 
15    WHEREAS, James Kliora is survived by his wife, Rosalinda; 2
16sons, James J. Kliora and Fred (Mary) Kliora; a granddaughter,
17Monica; 2 brothers, Tom and Ted Kliora; and many nieces and
18nephews; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
2family and friends, mourn the passing of James M. Kliora; and
3be it further
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
5presented to the family of James Kliora as an expression of our
6sympathy.
