AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6077

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6077, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

 “ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014:

PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND

  For Personal Services.......................... 1,252,900

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 95,800

  For Contractual Services......................... 200,000

  For Travel........................................ 85,000

  For Commodities.................................... 6,000

  For Printing....................................... 2,500

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 75,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 34,000

    Total                                        $1,751,200

    Section 10.  The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for all ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board, but not including personal services.

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.”.
